Semi-detached villa in the best area of Montequinto, two minutes from the metro station Europa, which goes to the centre of Seville, and next to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and parks. The villa has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, large porch, the whole house has air conditioning and central heating ducts, plus parking for three cars and free wifi. The villa has 4 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and three others, with 6 single beds (2 per room), as well as 2 complete bathrooms and 1 toilet.

This spacious private villa is located in a quiet urbanisation in the neighbourhood of Montequinto, in the municipality of Dos Hermanas, just 20 minutes from the centre of Seville by Metro.
We recommend all our guests to make use of the Metro as it is only a 2 minute walk away.
How to get to the apartment?
Car
The villa is designed to arrive by car and park it in its large car park with up to 3 parking spaces and, from there, take the metro to move to the centre of Seville.
Taxi
By taxi from the centre to the villa takes approximately 25 minutes depending on traffic. From the airport, the journey takes a little less, about 20 minutes, we show you the route by clicking here.
From Airport
To go from Seville Airport to the villa El Naranjo and vice versa you can do the following route.
Take the urban bus line (Line EA) that connects the airport with the city centre. At the airport, the bus stop is outside the terminal, and the ticket can be bought directly from the driver. The journey takes about 25 minutes, depending on traffic.
You will have to get off the bus at Apeadero San Bernardo, and from there, take the metro to Europa station. The chalet is a 2 minute walk from this stop.

Apartment Guide
Accommodation in Montequinto Seville, quiet and restful, where no parties or events are allowed. We kindly ask all our guests to try to maintain the tranquility of the place avoiding as far as possible noises that could be annoying for the rest of the neighbours.
Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet.
Another thing you should be aware of is that you have to climb stairs from the ground floor to the first floor.

About Check-In, Fees, Cancellations...
Arrival from 16:00 to 21:00 hrs. | Departure before 11:00 hrs.
It is compulsory, according to Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Protection, that prior to your arrival you provide the local authorities with the identification corresponding to each of the persons over 14 years of age who are going to stay overnight in the accommodation. To do this, during the days prior to your check in, we will send you a link from which you will have to register the ID cards or passports of all the guests.
The day before your check-in you will receive an email with all the instructions on how to get to the accommodation and pick up your keys.
Cleaning fee: €40 per stay.
The cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning and disinfection service before your check-in, clean sheets according to the number of guests in the reservation, and a set of two clean towels per guest. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning or change of bed linen during the stay, since all apartments have washing machines, and are reserved on a self-service basis. In any case, do not hesitate to ask us for availability and price of any additional cleaning service that you wish to contract with us during your stay, and we will do everything possible to accommodate it.
Strictly NON-SMOKING accommodation, therefore smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. We kindly ask our guests to go outside to smoke if they need to, since in the event that the smell of tobacco remains in the apartment after your departure, we would have to charge you for extra cleaning and odor removal costs.
There are two types of rates, with different cancellation conditions. Please take them into account when choosing yours.
STANDARD RATE: Allows the guest to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival date, or if he does not show up.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: The guest will have to pay the total price of the stay if they cancel their reservation at any time, as well as if they do not show up on the day of arrival.
The non-refundable rate is the cheapest of our rates. Keep in mind that if you decide to choose this rate, you will be tacitly accepting its cancellation conditions, which will apply even in case of illness, Covid, flight cancellation, unforeseen events, or any other circumstance beyond the control of the property.
Minimum stay of 2 nights.
Parties and guests are not allowed.
Bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the accommodation.
It is not allowed that a number of guests exceed the number indicated at the time of making the reservation.
Pets are welcome upon request and express authorization from the property.
