The flat is located in a central and commercial area of Malaga. Next to the train station María Zambrano – Vialia, the main station of the city from where you can take the high speed train to Madrid and Seville. 1 minute walk from the metro station, local train station and the main bus station. Good communication also to the Palacio de Congresos. Ideal for a city break, business trip or for shopping.
About 15 minutes walk from Calle Larios and the historic centre, the location is ideal for discovering the city and beaches of the area on foot. From this strategically located base camp, you can also visit the main coastal towns in the area, such as Torremolinos, Benalmádena and Fuengirola, by taking the local train, whose station is a 3-minute walk away. If you prefer, you can take a day trip to other emblematic cities in Andalusia, such as Granada or Cordoba, from the central bus station, which is right next to the building. You’ll also be in Seville in less than two hours by taking the high-speed train from the main station next to the building.

The flat offers a free parking space for guests in the same building, so here are the directions to the car park entrance. From the airport, take Avenida del Comandante García Morato in the direction of Málaga, to get onto Avenida de Velázquez. Continue in the right lane for about 2 km and take the first exit on the right after passing the bridge over the Guadalhorce River, towards the port of Malaga. At the first roundabout, take the first exit, at the second roundabout take the first exit, at the third roundabout, take the third exit towards Calle Pacífico – Puerto de Málaga. Drive to the Paseo Marítimo Antonio Machado. Continue to the lorry entrance of the port of Malaga, and at the roundabout at the same port lorry entrance, turn left towards the train station, along Avenida Ingeniero Jose Maria Garnica. Go straight on along the station esplanade, the Avenida de las Américas, and take the roundabout at the Plaza de la Solidaridad to change direction (fifth exit). Continue about 100 metres along Avenida de las Américas and take the first right onto Calle Mendivil. After about 50 metres, just after the traffic lights, turn right at the entrance to the car park. The entrance is located between the cafeteria d’Cuadros and the El Admiral games room.

Instruct your driver to take you to number 3 Avenida de las Americas.
From Airport
Take the suburban train from the airport which takes you to Malaga’s central train station ( Estación María Zambrano – Vialia ).
From there, turn left and walk along the Explanada de la Estación to number 3 Avenida de las Américas. You will be at the entrance of the building in 3 minutes.

It offers a free private parking space in the same building as the flat, with lift from the garage to the accommodation. Large parking space with security door access to the car park.
Apartment Guide
Quiet and restful building where parties are not allowed. We kindly ask all our guests to try to maintain the tranquility of the place avoiding as far as possible noises that could be annoying for the rest of the guests, as well as to avoid slamming doors and loud music.
Smoking is not allowed inside the flat or in the stairs, lift or common areas, although you can use the balcony if you wish to smoke.
Please pay special attention to children and make sure that they do not enter the balcony without adult supervision.

About Check-In, Fees, Cancellations...
Arrival from 16:00 to 21:00 hrs. | Departure before 11:00 hrs.
Guests must give at least 24hrs notice of their arrival time, and a person will come to meet them and give them the keys. If the guest needs to check-in after 21:00 hrs, please check availability before confirming your reservation. We inform you that, in the case of being able to offer you this extra service of late check-in, the cost of this service is 30€ payable in cash at check-in, 50€ if the arrival is after 00:00 hrs.
It is compulsory, according to Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Protection, that prior to your arrival you provide the local authorities with the corresponding identification for each of the persons over 14 years of age who are going to stay overnight in the accommodation. To do this, during the days prior to your check in, we will send you a link from which you must register the ID cards or passports of all guests.
Cleaning fee: €40 per stay.
The cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning and disinfection service before your check-in, clean sheets according to the number of guests in the reservation, and a set of two clean towels per guest. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning or change of bed linen during the stay, since all apartments have washing machines, and are reserved on a self-service basis. In any case, do not hesitate to ask us for availability and price of any additional cleaning service that you wish to contract with us during your stay, and we will do everything possible to accommodate it.
Strictly NON-SMOKING accommodation, therefore smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. We kindly ask our guests to go outside to smoke if they need to, since in the event that the smell of tobacco remains in the apartment after your departure, we would have to charge you for extra cleaning and odor removal costs.
There are two types of rates, with different cancellation conditions. Please take them into account when choosing yours.
STANDARD RATE: Allows the guest to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival date, or if he does not show up.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: The guest will have to pay the total price of the stay if they cancel their reservation at any time, as well as if they do not show up on the day of arrival.
The non-refundable rate is the cheapest of our rates. Keep in mind that if you decide to choose this rate, you will be tacitly accepting its cancellation conditions, which will apply even in case of illness, Covid, flight cancellation, unforeseen events, or any other circumstance beyond the control of the property.
Minimum stay of 2 nights required.
Parties and guests are not allowed.
Bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the accommodation.
It is not allowed that a number of guests exceed the number indicated at the time of making the reservation.
Pets are welcome upon request and express authorization from the property.
