Pedregalejo Beach is located in one of the most traditional fishing neighborhoods of Málaga, El Palo, and is one of the best and most sought-after areas to enjoy the famous espetos de sardinas (grilled sardines) and fried fish by the beach. The neighborhood has all necessary services, including supermarkets, restaurants, chill-out terraces to enjoy the sunset, and several bus lines and taxi stops for easy access to all points of interest in Málaga.
Bus line 11 takes approximately 15 minutes to reach the city center.

We kindly ask all our guests to maintain the tranquility of the place by minimizing noise that could disturb others, avoiding slamming doors, and keeping music at a low volume.
Smoking is not allowed inside the studio or in the stairs, elevator, or common areas.

In compliance with Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Security, it is mandatory to provide local authorities with identification for all guests over 14 years of age prior to arrival. Before your check-in, we will send you a link to register the IDs or passports of all guests. Once all guests are successfully registered, you will receive an email the day before arrival with detailed instructions on how to reach the property and collect your keys.
Cleaning Fee: €160 per stay.
This covers professional cleaning and disinfection before check-in, clean bed linen according to the number of guests, and two clean towels per guest. It does not include cleaning, linen changes, or towel replacement during the stay, as all apartments have washing machines and operate on a self-service basis. However, additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and cost.
This is a strictly NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Guests are kindly asked to smoke outside if needed. Any lingering tobacco odour detected after check-out may incur additional cleaning and deodorisation charges.
We offer three rate options, each with its own cancellation policy. Please choose carefully:
STANDARD RATE: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Guests pay 50% of the total price if cancelling within 7 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: Guests pay the full price of the stay if cancelling at any time or failing to show up.
NOMAD RATE: A non-refundable rate for stays of 21 to 45 days. Guests pay the full price of the stay if cancelling or failing to show up.
Non-refundable and Nomad rates are our most affordable options. By selecting any rate, guests agree to its terms, which apply even in cases of illness, COVID, flight cancellations, unforeseen events, or other circumstances beyond the property’s control.
Minimum stay of 2 nights.

The property is located in a residential area within a community. Guests are expected to respect the neighbours’ peace and privacy at all times.
No parties or guests are allowed.
No stag or hen parties are permitted.
