Cancellation Policy

1. Pricing Conditions

There are three types of rates, each with different cancellation conditions. Please take these conditions into account when choosing yours.

STANDARD RATE: This allows the guest to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price if they cancel within the 7 days prior to the arrival date or if they do not show up.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: The guest will have to pay the full price of the stay if they cancel their reservation at any time, as well as if they do not show up on the day of arrival. Once confirmed, this rate does not allow for date changes.

NOMAD RATE: An economical long-stay rate, for a minimum of 28 nights and a maximum of 60. The guest will have to pay the full price of the stay if they cancel their reservation at any time, as well as if they do not show up on the day of arrival. Once confirmed, this rate does not allow for date changes.

The Non-Refundable Rate and Nomad Rate are our most economical rates. Please note that if you choose either of these two rates, you will be tacitly accepting their cancellation conditions, which will apply even in the case of illness, Covid, flight cancellations, unforeseen circumstances, or any other situation beyond WonderStays’ control.

2. How to confirm your reservation.

To confirm your reservation, it is necessary to make an advance payment of 100% of the total amount. Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation message with the details of your reservation and the type of rate chosen.

You can complete the payment using your Visa or Mastercard, or PayPal. All charges are processed through Stripe’s 100% secure online payment gateway.
