Frequent Asked Questions

1.- Key Collection.

You can collect your keys between 4 PM and 9 PM, at a time that suits you best.

Please note that your accommodation is a holiday flat located in a residential building, so there will be no reception desk on-site. For this reason, we need to agree on a time to meet at the entrance of the building to hand over the keys. For some accommodations, we can offer the option of collecting the keys from the security box located at the entrance.

2.- Guest Registration.

In order to comply with Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Protection, it is mandatory for all guests staying to provide the authorities with information regarding the identification of every person staying in the accommodation.

To this end, the reservation holder will receive a check-in link from which all guests over the age of 14 included in the reservation must individually register their ID or passport information. The reservation holder may choose to register their companions personally or send the link for each individual to complete their own registration.

This requirement is strictly necessary to comply with public administration regulations concerning security. The information regarding the guests in your reservation will be sent by your host to the authorities as mandated by law, so it is important that the information is accurate and concise, and that each guest properly signs their own form.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in a minor fine of €100 to €600 (Article 37.9) or a serious fine of €601 to €30,000 (Article 36.20).

3.- What does the Cleaning Fee include?

The cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning and disinfection service before your check-in, clean bed linen according to the number of guests, and a set of two clean towels per guest. The cleaning fee does not cover cleaning or changing of bed linen during your stay, as all apartments are equipped with washing machines and are booked on a self-catering basis.

In any case, please do not hesitate to ask us about the availability and price of any additional cleaning services you wish to arrange with us during your stay, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4.- Can I smoke in the accommodation?

The accommodation is strictly non-smoking, so smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. We kindly ask that you go outside to smoke if necessary, as any lingering smell of tobacco in the apartment after your departure will result in additional cleaning and odour removal charges, as stated in the terms and conditions accepted when confirming your booking.

5.- Can I stay with my pet?

We allow pets in the accommodation upon request, provided that the main guest agrees to take financial responsibility in case of damage to furniture or if additional cleaning is required due to, for example, pets using the interior of the apartment as a toilet. Furthermore, our pet guests must help maintain the tranquillity of the place so as not to disturb neighbours with excessive barking or other noises.

6.- House Rules

Through WonderStays, you are booking a holiday apartment in a residential building with neighbours. The following rules are mandatory and must be considered when deciding whether to confirm a reservation at any of our accommodations. Please note that failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the immediate eviction of all guests included in the reservation from the accommodation, with no possibility of any refund for the stay.

  • Guests are kindly requested to respect the peace and coexistence with neighbours at all times.
  • No loud noises, playing loud music, or slamming doors or shouting is permitted, both in the common areas and inside the apartment.
  • Parties and guests are not allowed.
  • Stag or hen parties are not permitted.
  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the accommodation.
  • If you wish to smoke, you must go outside onto the street.
  • The number of guests staying in the accommodation must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking.
  • Pets are welcome upon prior request and express permission from the property.

7.- How do I check out?

The check-out time is by 11:00 in the morning. You may leave both copies of the keys on the table and close the door when you leave, ensuring the keys are left inside the flat, but never placed in the lock of the door.

Please ensure that before you leave, you turn off the air conditioning or heating, avoid leaving any food inside the fridge or elsewhere in the accommodation, and dispose of all your rubbish in the street bin.
