If you are looking for vacation rental apartments in Malaga this is yours, it is located in a central and commercial area of Malaga. Next to the María Zambrano – Vialia train station, the city’s main station from where you can take the high-speed train to Madrid and Seville. 1 minute walk from the metro stop, local train station, and the main bus station. Good communication also towards the Palacio de Congresos. Ideal for a tourist getaway to the city, business trip, or to come shopping.
About 15 minutes walk from Calle Larios and the historic center, the location is ideal for discovering the city and beaches in the area on foot. From this strategically located base camp, you can also visit the main coastal cities in the area, such as Torremolinos, Benalmádena and Fuengirola, taking the commuter train whose station is a 3-minute walk away. If you prefer, you can make a day trip to other emblematic cities of Andalusia, such as Granada or Córdoba, from the central bus station, which is located right next to the building. You will also be in Seville in less than two hours, taking the high-speed train at the main station that is next to the building.

The apartment offers a free parking space for guests in the same building, so below we indicate the directions to get to the parking entrance. From the airport, take Avenida del Comandante García Morato towards Málaga, ending at Avenida de Velázquez. Continue in the right lane for about 2 km and take the first exit on the right after passing the bridge over the Guadalhorce river, towards the port of Malaga. At the first roundabout, take the first exit, at the second roundabout take the first exit, at the third roundabout, take the third exit towards Calle Pacífico – Puerto de Málaga. Drive to the Paseo Marítimo Antonio Machado. Continue until the truck entrance to the port of Malaga, and at the roundabout that you will find at the truck entrance to the port, turn left towards the train station, along Avenida Ingeniero José María Garnica. Continue straight on the Station Esplanade, Avenida de las Américas, and take the roundabout at Plaza de la Solidaridad to make a U-turn (fifth exit). Continue for about 100 meters along Avenida de las Américas and take the first right onto Calle Mendivil. After about 50 metres, just after the traffic light, turn right at the entrance to the car park. The entrance is located between the d’Cuadros cafeteria and the El Admiral Games Room.

From Airport
Take the suburban train from the airport that takes you to the central train station of Malaga (Estación María Zambrano – Vialia).
From there, turn left and walk along the Station Esplanade to number 3 Avenida de las Américas. You will be at the building portal in 3 minutes.

Apartment Guide
Quiet and restful building in which parties are not allowed. We kindly request all our guests to try to maintain the tranquility of the place, avoiding as far as possible noises that could be disturbing to the rest of the guests, as well as avoiding slamming doors and loud music.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, nor in the stairs, elevator or common areas.

About Check-In, Fees, Cancellations...
Arrival from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. | Departure before 11:00 a.m.
The guest must notify at least 24 hours in advance of their arrival time, and a person will come to receive them and give them the keys. If the guest needs to check in after 9:00 p.m., they must check availability before confirming their reservation. We inform you that, in the case of being able to offer you this extra late check-in service, contracting it has a cost of €30 payable in cash at check-in, €50 if arrival is after 00:00 hrs.
It is mandatory, according to Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Protection, that prior to your arrival you provide the local authorities with the corresponding identification for each of the people over 14 years of age who are going to spend the night in the accommodation. To do this, during the days prior to your check-in, we will send you a link from which you must register the IDs or passports of all guests.
Cleaning fee: €40 per stay.
The cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning and disinfection service before your check-in, clean sheets according to the number of guests in the reservation, and a set of two clean towels per guest. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning or change of bed linen during the stay, since all apartments have washing machines, and are reserved on a self-service basis. In any case, do not hesitate to ask us for availability and price of any additional cleaning service that you wish to contract with us during your stay, and we will do everything possible to accommodate it.
Strictly NON-SMOKING accommodation, therefore smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. We kindly ask our guests to go outside to smoke if they need to, since in the event that the smell of tobacco remains in the apartment after your departure, we would have to charge you for extra cleaning and odor removal costs.
There are two types of rates, with different cancellation conditions. Please take them into account when choosing yours.
STANDARD RATE: Allows the guest to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival date, or if he does not show up.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: The guest will have to pay the total price of the stay if they cancel their reservation at any time, as well as if they do not show up on the day of arrival.
The non-refundable rate is the cheapest of our rates. Keep in mind that if you decide to choose this rate, you will be tacitly accepting its cancellation conditions, which will apply even in case of illness, Covid, flight cancellation, unforeseen events, or any other circumstance beyond the control of the property.
Minimum stay 2 nights.
Parties and guests are not allowed.
Bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the accommodation.
It is not allowed that a number of guests exceed the number indicated at the time of making the reservation.
Pets are welcome upon request and express authorization from the property.
