How far in advance do I need to book my transfer?
For transfers starting at the airport, you should indicate the time your flight is scheduled to arrive. The same goes for cruise ports and train stations: you should indicate the planned arrival time. For transfers from your hotel, you should indicate the time you would like to be picked up. For shared transfers, the provider may need to modify the pickup time. If that happens, we will contact you to confirm the revised time.
Do I need to notify the company if my flight, train, or boat is delayed?
Our company monitors flights, trains, and boats, so you don’t need to worry about contacting us. If there is a significant delay and it is not possible to reschedule the transfer due to a lack of available vehicles, we will refund the full amount you paid.
Who is responsible for missed flights?
The transfer company is not responsible for missed flights. It is the customer’s responsibility to know the departure time of their flight and to book their pickup accordingly.
How many passengers can fit in each vehicle?
The maximum number of seats listed for each vehicle includes the driver, but not additional passengers such as small children. If your group is large, you may need to book more than one vehicle.
Are child seats available?
During the booking process, you will be able to see information about child seats. Depending on local regulations, these may be required or optional, and may be offered for free or at an additional cost. If there is a fee, it will be displayed before you confirm your booking.
How long will the driver wait for me?
At airports, the driver will wait for 1 hour after your plane arrives. At cruise ports, they will wait for 1 hour after your boat docks. At train stations, they will wait for 15 minutes after your train arrives. At hotels and apartments, they will wait for 15 minutes after the pickup time you specified when making your reservation. If you need more time, please call the phone number provided in your reservation. Extra charges may apply for additional waiting time.

Our prices are final and include all fees such as tolls and tips. However, additional charges may apply if the destination is different from what was agreed upon or if an extra stop is needed during the transfer.
