The flat is located in the historic centre of Malaga, it is surrounded by all kinds of shops, cafes, restaurants, taperías, bars and nightclubs.
Despite its central location, being in a secondary street, the flat is very quiet and ideal for rest, in a street with little traffic of cars.
It has all the advantages of living in the centre, as it has all the museums, emblematic buildings, churches, main streets, the port, the Cathedral, the Bullring, and other places of interest very close to the flat, so you will hardly need a car to get to them.
How to get to the apartment?
Car
The flat is located about 14 km from Malaga airport, about 40 minutes by car, being its GPS coordinates.

From the airport, take the M-23 road towards Malaga, and after about 3 kms, join the M-20 towards Almeria-Malaga. Take exit 9 towards Málaga-Ciudad Jardín, along Avenida de Valle-Inclán. After a couple of kilometres, turn right onto Avenida Simón Bolivar.
At the roundabout, take the third exit onto Avenida de Luis Buñuel. Turn right towards Paseo Martiricos and continue along Avenida Fátima and Calle Rivera del Guadalmendina. At the bridge, turn right onto Calle Mármoles. Pasaje de Torres will be the second street on your right.
Taxi
You can give your driver the exact address of the building, which is located at Pasaje de Torres number 3 in Malaga, next to Malaga’s traditional Iglesia de la Trinidad.
From Airport
Take the suburban train from the airport to Malaga’s central train station (Maria Zambrano – Vialia Station), from there you can take a taxi to Pasaje Torres number 3, or walk to the apartment, which is about 20 minutes on foot.

To get there on foot, head down Avenida de las Americas towards Plaza de la Solidaridad, and take the first street on the right (Callejones del Perchel) and continue to El Corte Inglés. Take Calle Armengual de la Mota, leaving El Corte Inglés behind you, and turn right into Calle Mármoles. Continue walking and take the first street on the left, in Pasaje de Torres, until you reach number 3.
Parking
As this is a very central location, street parking is not easy to find, so we recommend using a municipal or private car park in the area.
There is a private car park very close to the building called Parking Mármoles, located at Calle Mármoles number 1, about five minutes walk from the flat. You can call them on +34 952 210 35 33. You can also choose to park in the municipal car park which is about 10 minutes walk from the building. Its name is Aparcamiento Camas, with entrance on Pasillo de Atocha street.
Apartment Guide
Quiet and restful building where parties are not allowed. We kindly ask all our guests to try to maintain the tranquility of the place avoiding as far as possible noises that could be annoying for the rest of the guests, as well as avoiding slamming doors and loud music.
Smoking is not allowed inside the studio or in the stairwells, lift or common areas.

About Check-In, Fees, Cancellations...
Arrival from 16:00 to 21:00 hrs. | Departure before 11:00 hrs.
It is compulsory, according to Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Protection, that prior to your arrival you provide the local authorities with the identification corresponding to each of the persons over 14 years of age who are going to stay overnight in the accommodation. To do this, during the days prior to your check in, we will send you a link from which you will have to register the ID cards or passports of all the guests.
The day before your check-in you will receive an email with all the instructions on how to get to the accommodation and pick up your keys.
Cleaning fee: €40 per stay.
The cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning and disinfection service before your check-in, clean sheets according to the number of guests in the reservation, and a set of two clean towels per guest. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning or change of bed linen during the stay, since all apartments have washing machines, and are reserved on a self-service basis. In any case, do not hesitate to ask us for availability and price of any additional cleaning service that you wish to contract with us during your stay, and we will do everything possible to accommodate it.
Strictly NON-SMOKING accommodation, therefore smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. We kindly ask our guests to go outside to smoke if they need to, since in the event that the smell of tobacco remains in the apartment after your departure, we would have to charge you for extra cleaning and odor removal costs.
There are two types of rates, with different cancellation conditions. Please take them into account when choosing yours.
STANDARD RATE: Allows the guest to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival date, or if he does not show up.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: The guest will have to pay the total price of the stay if they cancel their reservation at any time, as well as if they do not show up on the day of arrival.
The non-refundable rate is the cheapest of our rates. Keep in mind that if you decide to choose this rate, you will be tacitly accepting its cancellation conditions, which will apply even in case of illness, Covid, flight cancellation, unforeseen events, or any other circumstance beyond the control of the property.
Minimum stay of 2 nights.
Parties and guests are not allowed.
Bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the accommodation.
It is not allowed that a number of guests exceed the number indicated at the time of making the reservation.
Pets are welcome upon request and express authorization from the property.
