Private flat in an apartment building, located on the third floor with lift.

Located in the centre of Malaga, birthplace of Picasso. About five minutes walk from Calle Carretería, and about ten minutes walk from Calle Larios. Ideal for Easter holidays, Malaga fair, cultural getaway, weekend in the city or leisure trip.

Despite its central location, being in a secondary street, the flat is very quiet and ideal for rest, in a street with little traffic of cars.

Close to El Corte Inglés of Malaga and the main shopping areas of the city, with all the museums and monuments at hand, and also close to the marina of Malaga (Muelle Uno), where you can find excellent restaurants and a beautiful boulevard to stroll along the sea.

Ideal location to move on foot to discover the city centre. Close to Malaga Maria Zambrano station (main station), from where you can take the suburban train to visit the main coastal cities of Malaga. Also close to the central bus station.

How to get to the apartment?

El apartamento se encuentra situado a unos 14km del aeropuerto de Málaga, a unos 40 minutos en coche. Siendo sus coordenadas GPS:

Desde el aeropuerto, toma la carretera M-23 dirección Málaga y, tras unos 3km, incorpórate a la M-20 dirección Almería-Málaga. Toma la salida 9 hacia Málaga-Ciudad Jardín, por la Avenida de Valle-Inclán. Tras un par de kilómetros, gira a la derecha hacia la avenida Simón Bolívar.
En la rotonda, toma la tercera salida dirección Avenida de Luis Buñuel. Gira a la derecha hacia Paseo Martiricos y continúa por la Avenida Fátima y Calle Rivera del Guadalmendina. Al llegar al puente, gira a la derecha hacia Calle Mármoles. Pasaje de Torres será la segunda calle a tu derecha

Puede dar a su conductor la dirección exacta del edificio, que se encuentra en el Pasaje de Torres número 3 de Málaga, junto a la castiza Iglesia de la Trinidad de Málaga.

Toma el tren de cercanías desde el aeropuerto que te lleva a la estación de trenes central de Málaga (Estación María Zambrano – Vialia).
Desde ahí puedes tomar un taxi hasta Pasaje Torres número 3, o andar hasta el apartamento, que se encuentra a unos 20 minutos a pie. Para llegar andando, dirígete por la Avenida de las Américas hacia la plaza de la solidaridad, y toma la primera calle hacia la derecha (Callejones del Perchel) y continúa hasta el Corte Inglés. Toma la Calle Armengual de la Mota, dejando El Corte Inglés a la espalda, y gira a la derecha en la Calle Mármoles. Continúa andando y gira la primera calle a la izquierda, en el Pasaje de Torres, hasta llegar al número 3.

Al tratarse de una ubicación muy céntrica, no suele encontrarse con facilidad aparcamiento en la calle, por lo que recomendamos utilizar algún parking municipal o privado de la zona.

Existe un parking privado muy cerquita del edificio llamado Parking Mármoles, situado en la Calle Mármoles número 1, a unos cinco minutos a pie del apartamento. Puedes llamarles en el teléfono +34 952 210 35 33.

También puedes optar por aparcar en el parking municipal que se encuentra a unos 10 minutos a pie del edificio. Su nombre es Aparcamiento Camas, con entrada por la calle Pasillo de Atocha.

Apartment Guide

Quiet and restful building where parties are not allowed. We kindly ask all our guests to try to maintain the tranquility of the place avoiding as far as possible noises that could be annoying for the rest of the guests, as well as avoiding slamming doors and loud music.

Smoking is not allowed inside the flat or in the stairs, lift or common areas, although you can use the balcony if you wish to smoke.

We also ask you to pay special attention to children and to ensure that they do not enter the balconies without adult supervision.

Arrival from 16:00 to 21:00 | Departure before 11:00

In compliance with Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Security, it is mandatory to provide local authorities with identification for all guests over 14 years of age prior to arrival. Before your check-in, we will send you a link to register the IDs or passports of all guests. Once all guests are successfully registered, you will receive an email the day before arrival with detailed instructions on how to reach the property and collect your keys.

Cleaning Fee: €40 per stay.

This covers professional cleaning and disinfection before check-in, clean bed linen according to the number of guests, and two clean towels per guest. It does not include cleaning, linen changes, or towel replacement during the stay, as all apartments have washing machines and operate on a self-service basis. However, additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and cost.

This is a strictly NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Guests are kindly asked to smoke outside if needed. Any lingering tobacco odour detected after check-out may incur additional cleaning and deodorisation charges.

We offer three rate options, each with its own cancellation policy. Please choose carefully:

STANDARD RATE: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Guests pay 50% of the total price if cancelling within 7 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: Guests pay the full price of the stay if cancelling at any time or failing to show up.
NOMAD RATE: A non-refundable rate for stays of 21 to 45 days. Guests pay the full price of the stay if cancelling or failing to show up.

Non-refundable and Nomad rates are our most affordable options. By selecting any rate, guests agree to its terms, which apply even in cases of illness, COVID, flight cancellations, unforeseen events, or other circumstances beyond the property’s control.

Minimum stay of 2 nights

Please review these conditions before confirming your booking. Breach of any may result in immediate eviction without refund:

The property is located in a residential area within a community. Guests are expected to respect the neighbours’ peace and privacy at all times.with the neighbors.

No parties or guests are allowed.

No stag or hen parties are permitted.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.

The number of guests must not exceed the reservation details.

Pets are welcome only with prior request and express approval.
