Private flat in apartment building, situated on the fourth floor with lift.
Close to Malaga Cathedral, Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum of Malaga, Plaza de la Merced, Picasso’s Birthplace and the Roman Theatre of Malaga, as well as Muelle Uno or marina, and Calle Larios. It is also very close to the main shopping areas and the traditional Atarazana Market, as well as the Malagueta Beach.
Relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the square, and the bird’s eye view of the city, from either of the two balconies of the flat.
The location is ideal for getting around the historic centre of Malaga on foot. In a central but quiet area, not noisy at all. At 15 minutes walking distance from the suburban train station of Malaga and the central bus station, from where you can visit for a day the main coastal towns of Malaga; such as Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Torremolinos or Nerja.

Car
The flat is located about 11 km from the airport, about 40 minutes by car, and its GPS coordinates are as follows.

Take Avenida del Comandante García Morato towards Málaga, to join Avenida de Velazquez. Continue in the right lane for about 2 km and take the first exit on the right after passing the bridge over the Guadalhorce River, towards the port of Malaga. At the first roundabout, take the first exit, at the second roundabout take the first exit, at the third roundabout, take the third exit towards Calle Pacifico – port of Malaga. Drive to the Paseo Marítimo Antonio Machado. Continue straight on for about 4 kms until you cross the Antonio Machado Bridge and continue straight on the right lane on the Avenida de Manuel Agustín Heredia, where you should take the second street on the right to cross the avenue perpendicularly and get into the Calle Córdoba. Continue straight on Calle Puerta del Mar, and turn left into Calle de las Atarazanas. Take the second right into Calle Plaza de Arriola, and after about 100 metres you will see the sign for Parking Camas. The building where the flat is located is in the square above this underground car park, at number 18, Plaza Enrique García-Herrera.
Taxi
The building is located in a pedestrian square, to which cars are not allowed.
You can ask the taxi driver to take you to the Museo de Artes y Costumbres Populares de Málaga, at Calle Manuel José García Caparrós number 1. Once there, walk to the square just behind the museum. The entrance to the building is at number 18 of this square (Plaza Enrique García-Herrero).
From Airport
Take the suburban train from the airport to Malaga’s central train station (Estación María Zambrano – Vialia).
From there you can take a taxi to the Museo de Artes y Costumbres Populares de Málaga, which is located at Calle Manuel José García Caparrós number 1. Once there, walk to the square just behind the museum. The entrance to the building is at number 18 of this square (Plaza Enrique García-Herrera).
You can also make the journey from the train station to the flat on foot. This will take you about 20 minutes. Head down Calle Esplanada de la Estación towards Calle Cuarteles (first street on the left) and walk in the direction of the historic centre for about 5 minutes. At the end of Calle Cuarteles you will find a bridge, which you should cross. Go straight on along Calle Linaje and turn left into Alameda de Colón, until you reach Alameda Principal. Once there, cross the traffic lights on the other side of the alameda, and take Calle Ordóñez until you reach Calle Atarazanas, to turn right. At Calle Atarazanas, take the third left into Calle Guillén de Castro. Continue straight on Calle Moreno Carbonero, to reach Plaza Enrique García-Herrera. The entrance to the apartment building is at number 18 of this square.
Parking
Due to the central location of the flat, it can be difficult to find nearby parking spaces on the street, as most of the areas are reserved for residents.
For this reason we recommend using the municipal car park which is located underground under the square where the flat is located. Its name is Aparcamiento Camas, with entrance from Pasaje Marqués de Villafiel.
Apartment Guide
Quiet and restful building where parties are not allowed. We kindly ask all our guests to try to maintain the tranquility of the place avoiding as far as possible noises that could be annoying for the rest of the guests, as well as to avoid slamming doors and loud music.
Smoking is not permitted inside the flat or in the stairwells, lift or common areas, although you may use the balconies if you wish to smoke.
We also ask you to pay special attention to children and to ensure that they do not enter the balconies without adult supervision.

About Check-In, Fees, Cancellations...
Arrival from 16:00 to 21:00 hrs. | Departure before 11:00 hrs.
It is compulsory, according to Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Protection, that prior to your arrival you provide the local authorities with the identification corresponding to each of the persons over 14 years of age who are going to stay overnight in the accommodation. For this purpose, during the days prior to your check in, we will send you a link from which you will have to register the ID cards or passports of all the guests.
The day before your check-in you will receive an email with all the instructions on how to get to the accommodation and pick up your keys.
Cleaning fee: €40 per stay.
The cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning and disinfection service before your check-in, clean sheets according to the number of guests in the reservation, and a set of two clean towels per guest. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning or change of bed linen during the stay, since all apartments have washing machines, and are reserved on a self-service basis. In any case, do not hesitate to ask us for availability and price of any additional cleaning service that you wish to contract with us during your stay, and we will do everything possible to accommodate it.
Strictly NON-SMOKING accommodation, therefore smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. We kindly ask our guests to go outside to smoke if they need to, since in the event that the smell of tobacco remains in the apartment after your departure, we would have to charge you for extra cleaning and odor removal costs.
There are two types of rates, with different cancellation conditions. Please take them into account when choosing yours.
STANDARD RATE: Allows the guest to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival date, or if he does not show up.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: The guest will have to pay the total price of the stay if they cancel their reservation at any time, as well as if they do not show up on the day of arrival.
The non-refundable rate is the cheapest of our rates. Keep in mind that if you decide to choose this rate, you will be tacitly accepting its cancellation conditions, which will apply even in case of illness, Covid, flight cancellation, unforeseen events, or any other circumstance beyond the control of the property.
Minimum stay is 2 nights.
Parties and guests are not allowed.
Bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the accommodation.
It is not allowed that a number of guests exceed the number indicated at the time of making the reservation.
Pets are welcome upon request and express authorization from the property.
