Private apartment in an apartment building, located on the fourth floor with elevator.
Close to the Cathedral of Malaga, Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum of Malaga, Plaza de la Merced, Picasso’s Birthplace and the Roman Theater of Malaga, as well as Pier One or marina, and Calle Larios. Also very close to the main shopping areas and the traditional Atarazana Market, as well as Malagueta Beach.
Relax and enjoy the wonderful views of the square from the balcony of the apartment.
The location is ideal for getting around on foot through the historic center of Malaga. In a central but quiet area, nothing noisy. A 15-minute walk from the Málaga commuter station and the central bus station, from where you can visit the main coastal cities of Málaga for a day; such as Benalmádena, Fuengirola, Torremolinos or Nerja.

Take Avenida del Comandante García Morato towards Málaga, to end at Avenida de Velazquez. Continue in the right lane for about 2 km and take the first exit on the right after passing the bridge over the Guadalhorce river, towards the port of Malaga. At the first roundabout, take the first exit, at the second roundabout take the first exit, at the third roundabout, take the third exit towards Calle Pacífico – Puerto de Málaga. Drive to the Paseo Marítimo Antonio Machado. Continue straight for about 4 km until you cross the Antonio Machado Bridge and continue straight on in the lane on the right along Avenida de Manuel Agustín Heredia, where you must take the second street on the right to cross the avenue perpendicularly and end at Calle Córdoba . Continue straight on Calle Puerta del Mar, and turn left on Calle de las Atarazanas. Take the second right on Plaza de Arriola street, and after about 100 meters you will see the entrance sign to Parking Camas. The building where the apartment is located is in the square that exists above this underground car park, at number 18, Plaza Enrique García-Herrera.
Taxi
The building is located in a pedestrian square, to which car access is not allowed. You can tell the taxi driver to take you to the Museo de Artes y Costumbres Populares de Málaga, at Calle Manuel José García Caparrós number 1. Once there, walk towards the square that you will find just behind the museum. The entrance to the building is at number 18 of this square (Plaza Enrique García-Herrero).
From Airport
Take the suburban train from the airport that takes you to the central train station of Malaga (Estación María Zambrano – Vialia). From there you can take a taxi to the Museo de Artes y Costumbres Populares de Málaga, which is located at Calle Manuel José García Caparrós number 1. Once there, walk towards the square that you will find just behind the museum. The entrance to the building is at number 18 of this square (Plaza Enrique García-Herrera). You can also make the journey from the train station to the apartment on foot. This will take you about 20 minutes. Head down Calle Esplanada de la Estación towards Calle Cuarteles (first street on the left) and walk towards the historic center for about 5 minutes. At the end of Cuarteles street you will find a bridge, which you must cross. Go straight on Calle Linaje and turn left on Alameda de Colón, until you reach Alameda Principal. Once there, cross the traffic light on the other side of the boulevard, and take Calle Ordóñez until you reach Calle Atarazanas, to turn right. At Calle Atarazanas, take the third left onto Calle Guillén de Castro. Continue straight on Calle Moreno Carbonero, to end at Plaza Enrique García-Herrera. The entrance to the apartment building is at number 18 of this square.
Parking
Debido a la céntrica ubicación del apartamento, puede ser complicado encontrar lugares cercanos para estacionar el coche en la calle, ya que la mayoría de las zonas están reservadas para residentes. Por esta razón recomendamos utilizar el parking municipal que se encuentra soterrado bajo la plaza en la que se ubica el apartamento. Su nombre es Aparcamiento Camas, con entrada por el Pasaje Marqués de Villafiel.
Apartment Guide
Quiet and restful building in which parties are not allowed. We kindly request all our guests to try to maintain the tranquility of the place, avoiding as far as possible noises that could be disturbing to the rest of the guests, as well as avoiding slamming doors and loud music.
Smoking is not allowed inside the studio or on the stairs, elevator or common areas.

About Check-In, Fees, Cancellations...
Arrival from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. | Departure before 11:00 a.m.
It is mandatory, according to Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Protection, that prior to your arrival you provide the local authorities with the corresponding identification for each of the people over 14 years of age who are going to spend the night in the accommodation. To do this, during the days prior to your check-in, we will send you a link from which you must register the IDs or passports of all guests.
The day before your check-in you will receive an email with all the instructions on how to get to the accommodation and collect your keys.
Cleaning fee: €40 per stay.
The cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning and disinfection service before your check-in, clean sheets according to the number of guests in the reservation, and a set of two clean towels per guest. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning or change of bed linen during the stay, since all apartments have washing machines, and are reserved on a self-service basis. In any case, do not hesitate to ask us for availability and price of any additional cleaning service that you wish to contract with us during your stay, and we will do everything possible to accommodate it.
Strictly NON-SMOKING accommodation, therefore smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. We kindly ask our guests to go outside to smoke if they need to, since in the event that the smell of tobacco remains in the apartment after your departure, we would have to charge you for extra cleaning and odor removal costs.
There are two types of rates, with different cancellation conditions. Please take them into account when choosing yours.
STANDARD RATE: Allows the guest to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival date, or if he does not show up.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: The guest will have to pay the total price of the stay if they cancel their reservation at any time, as well as if they do not show up on the day of arrival.
The non-refundable rate is the cheapest of our rates. Keep in mind that if you decide to choose this rate, you will be tacitly accepting its cancellation conditions, which will apply even in case of illness, Covid, flight cancellation, unforeseen events, or any other circumstance beyond the control of the property.
Minimum stay of 2 nights.
Parties and guests are not allowed.
Bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the accommodation.
It is not allowed that a number of guests exceed the number indicated at the time of making the reservation.
Pets are welcome upon request and express authorization from the property.
