Private apartment in an apartment building, located on the third floor with elevator.
Located in the center of Malaga, the birthplace of Picasso. About a five minute walk from Calle Carretería, and about a ten minute walk from Calle Larios. Ideal to spend the Easter holidays, Malaga fair, cultural getaway, weekend in the city or leisure trip.
Despite its central location, being on a secondary street, the apartment is very quiet and ideal for resting, on a street with little traffic.
Close to El Corte Inglés in Málaga and the main shopping areas of the city, with all the museums and monuments at hand, and also close to the Málaga marina (Muelle Uno), where you can find excellent restaurants and a beautiful boulevard to stroll by the sea.
Ideal location to move on foot to discover the city center. Close to the María Zambrano de Málaga station (main station), from where you can take the suburban train to visit the main coastal cities of Málaga. Also close to the central bus station.
How to get to the apartment?
As it is a very central location, street parking is not usually easy to find, so we recommend using a municipal or private car park in the area.
There is a private parking very close to the building called Parking Mármoles, located at Calle Mármoles number 1, about a five-minute walk from the apartment. You can call them on the phone +34 952 210 35 33.
You can also choose to park in the municipal car park, which is about a 10-minute walk from the building. Its name is Camas Parking, with entrance through Calle Pasillo de Atocha.
You can give your driver the exact address of the building, which is located at Pasaje de Torres number 3 in Málaga, next to the authentic Iglesia de la Trinidad de Málaga.
The apartment is located about 14 km from Malaga airport, about 40 minutes by car. Being its GPS coordinates:

From the airport, take the M-23 road towards Málaga, and after about 3 km, join the M-20 towards Almería-Málaga. Take exit 9 towards Málaga-Ciudad Jardín, on Avenida de Valle-Inclán. After a couple of kilometers, turn right onto Simón Bolívar avenue.
At the roundabout, take the third exit towards Avenida de Luis Buñuel. Turn right onto Paseo Martiricos and continue along Avenida Fátima and Calle Rivera del Guadalmendina. When you reach the bridge, turn right onto Calle Mármoles. Pasaje de Torres will be the second street on your right.
Take the suburban train from the airport that takes you to the central train station of Malaga (Estación María Zambrano – Vialia).
From there you can take a taxi to Pasaje Torres number 3, or walk to the apartment, which is about a 20-minute walk away. To get there on foot, head along Avenida de las Américas towards Solidarity Square, and take the first street to the right (Callejones del Perchel) and continue until the Corte Inglés. Take Calle Armengual de la Mota, leaving El Corte Inglés behind, and turn right onto Calle Mármoles. Continue walking and turn the first street to the left, in Pasaje de Torres, until you reach number 3.
Apartment Guide
Quiet and restful building in which parties are not allowed. We kindly request all our guests to try to maintain the tranquility of the place, avoiding as far as possible noises that could be disturbing to the rest of the guests, as well as avoiding slamming doors and loud music.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the stairs, elevator or common areas, although you can use the balcony if you wish to smoke.
We also ask you to pay special attention to children and take care that they do not access the balconies without adult supervision.

In compliance with Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Security, it is mandatory to provide local authorities with identification for all guests over 14 years of age prior to arrival. Before your check-in, we will send you a link to register the IDs or passports of all guests. Once all guests are successfully registered, you will receive an email the day before arrival with detailed instructions on how to reach the property and collect your keys.
Cleaning Fee: €40 per stay.
This covers professional cleaning and disinfection before check-in, clean bed linen according to the number of guests, and two clean towels per guest. It does not include cleaning, linen changes, or towel replacement during the stay, as all apartments have washing machines and operate on a self-service basis. However, additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and cost.
This is a strictly NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Guests are kindly asked to smoke outside if needed. Any lingering tobacco odour detected after check-out may incur additional cleaning and deodorisation charges.
We offer three rate options, each with its own cancellation policy. Please choose carefully:
STANDARD RATE: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Guests pay 50% of the total price if cancelling within 7 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: Guests pay the full price of the stay if cancelling at any time or failing to show up.
NOMAD RATE: A non-refundable rate for stays of 21 to 45 days. Guests pay the full price of the stay if cancelling or failing to show up.
Non-refundable and Nomad rates are our most affordable options. By selecting any rate, guests agree to its terms, which apply even in cases of illness, COVID, flight cancellations, unforeseen events, or other circumstances beyond the property’s control.
Minimum stay of 2 nights
Please review these conditions before confirming your booking. Breach of any may result in immediate eviction without refund:
The property is located in a residential area within a community. Guests are expected to respect the neighbours’ peace and privacy at all times.
No parties or guests are allowed.
No stag or hen parties are permitted.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.
The number of guests must not exceed the reservation details.
Pets are welcome only with prior request and express approval.
