Three and two-bedroom apartments, belonging to the La Estación apartment complex, very well located in the center of Malaga and next to the AVE Station and the María Zambrano Shopping Center, and the Larios Shopping Center. It has a parking space per accommodation, in the basement of the same building, accessible from the apartments with a direct lift. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, thermos, ceramic hob, microwave, etc… Fast and reliable fiber optic Wi-Fi connection, as well as air conditioning and heating in all buildings. Five minutes from El Corte Inglés, Alameda Principal and Calle Larios. Ideal both as accommodation for your holidays, as well as a place to combine work, leisure and sun for Digital Nomads.

If you are looking for vacation rental apartments in Malaga these are yours, they are located in a central and commercial area of Malaga. Next to the María Zambrano – Vialia train station, the city's main station from where you can take the high-speed train to Madrid and Seville. 1 minute walk from the metro stop, local train station, and the main bus station. Good communication also towards the Palacio de Congresos.
How to move?
About 15 minutes walk from Calle Larios and the historic center, the location is ideal for discovering the city and beaches in the area on foot. Also close to the Milagrosa beach in Malaga, Pier One and the emblematic Playa de la Malagueta. From this strategically located base camp, you will be able to explore the city of Malaga, with its cheerful atmosphere and its many museums, monuments such as the Alcazaba, and its beaches. You will also have at hand the main cities of the Costa del Sol, such as Torremolinos, Benalmádena and Fuengirola, taking the suburban train whose station is a 3-minute walk from the La Estación Apartment building. If you prefer, you can make a day trip to other emblematic cities of Andalusia, such as Granada or Córdoba, from the central bus station, which is located just behind the building. You will also be in Seville in less than two hours, taking the AVE high-speed train at the main Maria Zambrano station, which is located in front of the building. An ideal location whether you come on vacation, for a business trip, shopping in Malaga, or if you are a digital nomad.

Take the suburban train from the airport that takes you to the central train station of Malaga (Estación María Zambrano – Vialia).

The apartment offers a free parking space for guests in the same building, so below we indicate the directions to get to the parking entrance. From the airport, take Avenida del Comandante García Morato towards Málaga, ending at Avenida de Velázquez. Continue in the right lane for about 2 km and take the first exit on the right after passing the bridge over the Guadalhorce river, towards the port of Malaga. At the first roundabout, take the first exit, at the second roundabout take the first exit, at the third roundabout, take the third exit towards Calle Pacífico – Puerto de Málaga. Drive to the Paseo Marítimo Antonio Machado. Continue until the truck entrance to the port of Malaga, and at the roundabout that you will find at the truck entrance to the port, turn left towards the train station, along Avenida Ingeniero José María Garnica. Continue straight on the Station Esplanade, Avenida de las Américas, and take the roundabout at Plaza de la Solidaridad to make a U-turn (fifth exit). Continue for about 100 meters along Avenida de las Américas and take the first right onto Calle Mendivil. After about 50 metres, just after the traffic light, turn right at the entrance to the car park. The entrance is located between the d’Cuadros cafeteria and the El Admiral Games Room.

It offers a free and private parking space in the same building as the apartment, with an elevator from the garage to the accommodation. Large square with security door to access the parking.
