Private studio in apartment building, located on a fourth floor with lift. Located in the city centre of Malaga.
Ideal location to move on foot to discover the city centre. Also close to the Maria Zambrano station in Malaga, from where you can take the local train to visit the main coastal cities of Malaga, and the central bus station.

Toma la Avenida del Comandante García Morato dirección Málaga, para desembocar en la Avenida de Velazquez. Continua en el carril de la derecha durante unos 2 km y toma la primera salida a la derecha tras pasar el puente sobre el río Guadalhorce, dirección puerto de Málaga. En la primera rotonda, toma la primera salida, en la segunda rotonda toma la primera salida, en la tercera rotonda, toma la tercera salida dirección Calle Pacífico – puerto de Málaga. Conduce hasta el Paseo Marítimo Antonio Machado. Continua hasta la entrada de camiones del puerto de Málaga, y en la rotonda que te encontrarás en la misma entrada de camiones del puerto, gira a la izquierda dirección estación de trenes, por la Avenida Ingeniero José María Garnica. En esta avenida, gira la tercera calle a la derecha, desembocando en la Calle Salitre. A unos 100 metros encontrarás el Parking Público Salitre. El estudio se encuentra en la calle cuarteles (paralela a calle salitre) a la altura del número 9, a unos 3 minutos a pie del parking.

Ask the driver to drop you off at Calle Cuarteles, at number 9.
From Airport
Take the suburban train from the airport to Malaga’s central train station (Maria Zambrano – Vialia Station).
From there you can take a taxi to Calle Cuarteles number 9, or walk to the studio, which is about 10 minutes walk away.
To get there on foot, walk along the esplanade of the station towards Calle Cuarteles (first street on the left) and walk in the direction of the historic centre for about 5 minutes.
The studio is located at number 9, opposite the ONCE building.
Parking
As it is a very central location, street parking is not usually easy to find.
We recommend using a municipal or private car park in the area. You can choose to park in the municipal car park which is about 3 minutes’ walk from the building. Its name is Aparcamiento Salitre, with entrance on Salitre street.
Apartment Guide
Quiet and restful building where parties are not allowed. We kindly ask all our guests to try to maintain the tranquility of the place avoiding as far as possible noises that could be annoying for the rest of the guests, as well as avoiding slamming doors, and loud music.
Smoking is not allowed inside the studio or in the stairwells, lift or common areas.

About Check-In, Fees, Cancellations...
Arrival from 16:00 to 21:00 hrs. | Departure before 11:00 hrs.
It is compulsory, according to Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Protection, that prior to your arrival you provide the local authorities with the identification corresponding to each of the persons over 14 years of age who are going to stay overnight in the accommodation. To do this, during the days prior to your check in, we will send you a link from which you will have to register the ID cards or passports of all the guests.
The day before your check-in you will receive an email with all the instructions on how to get to the accommodation and pick up your keys.
Cleaning fee: €40 per stay.
The cleaning fee includes a professional cleaning and disinfection service before your check-in, clean sheets according to the number of guests in the reservation, and a set of two clean towels per guest. The cleaning fee does not include cleaning or change of bed linen during the stay, since all apartments have washing machines, and are reserved on a self-service basis. In any case, do not hesitate to ask us for availability and price of any additional cleaning service that you wish to contract with us during your stay, and we will do everything possible to accommodate it.
Strictly NON-SMOKING accommodation, therefore smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. We kindly ask our guests to go outside to smoke if they need to, since in the event that the smell of tobacco remains in the apartment after your departure, we would have to charge you for extra cleaning and odor removal costs.
There are two types of rates, with different cancellation conditions. Please take them into account when choosing yours.
STANDARD RATE: Allows the guest to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date. The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price if he cancels during the 7 days before the arrival date, or if he does not show up.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: The guest will have to pay the total price of the stay if they cancel their reservation at any time, as well as if they do not show up on the day of arrival.
The non-refundable rate is the cheapest of our rates. Keep in mind that if you decide to choose this rate, you will be tacitly accepting its cancellation conditions, which will apply even in case of illness, Covid, flight cancellation, unforeseen events, or any other circumstance beyond the control of the property.
Minimum stay of 2 nights.
Parties and guests are not allowed.
Bachelor or bachelorette party groups are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the accommodation.
It is not allowed that a number of guests exceed the number indicated at the time of making the reservation.
Pets are welcome upon request and express authorization from the property.
